范高贵（梁小龙 饰）是一位古玩商，诡计获得价值连城的阿閦佛佛头，古三（来喜 饰）是范高贵的手下，介入了窃取佛头的步履。古三的奶奶身患沉痾需要巨额医药费，因而，古三擅自将佛头卖给了孙明贤（元华 饰），卷款逃跑，范高贵是以十分愤慨。 以后，古三结识了名为莲儿（鲁缘缘 饰）的女子，两人志趣相投，同病相怜，而莲儿掉散多年的父亲在国外不测的发现了佛头，将其买下，带回济南。佛头重现江湖令范高贵捋臂张拳，他掳走了古三的奶奶，命古三以佛头来互换。悔改改过的古三决心不再助纣为虐，他同警方合作，终究将贪心的范高贵绳之于法。在那一天之前，问题必须解决。
